Hi.,
I was supposed to meet Mr. Lee yesterday but was seen by Alexandra as Lee was away. I was called in 15 minutes late but they apologised for that. Alexandra was great. She mentioned each step of the clean she was doing and assured me of any slight concerns i had. She has removed all the tartars and genuinely told me when i can have my next appointment. I have seen many places where they sell other services while doing the clean. None of that here. Extremely happy with the service.
