After spending the money for both the hygienist and the whitening... I left with the exact same shade. After calling to discuss, I was met with a very rude man who told me I “should have paid for the £400 session instead” and that it was my own fault. Dr Sia was lovely and knowledgeable, but I suggest renaming the procedure to “polishing” as there is in no way any whitening.
