From a tech point of view the dr is very good but customer service skills can be improved. He should have explained in detail what he was going to do and at the end of it show what he did, etc. When it comes to talk with patients it looks like the dr is not at ease at all but regarding the treatment it was very good.

The practice kept pushing the appointment back without contacting to ask if this was fine. The tooth scale and polish was less painful on sensitive teeth than visits elsewhere. However the process seemed relatively quick and not the best value for money considering the price. The dentist was friendly enough overall, but was a bit pushy on lecturing about flossing and also trying to sell invisalign braces.
