I had the environ vit facial. The treatment was fine but the price advertised is not accurate - I paid an extra £10 for the mask which I had assumed was included. The facial itself was not relax. I felt that the therapist was took rough and even when she asked me if she should be more gentle (to which I agree) she was just a rough afterwards. On the bright side my skin looked very nice afterwards.

It was a very professional and pleasant experience. The doctor was assisted by a very helpful receptionist who was able to answer my questions when there was a language barrier. The doctor was professional and clearly knew what he was doing. The results are very good and I didn’t experience any bruising or marks. Effect if very subtle but visible.
