This place is amazing. Have to mention the physio I saw, Laura Taurasi. She was so thorough and helpful as I had hurt my neck quite badly. She very quicly identified the problem and performed treatment, It was all better exactly by the time she said it would be. And followed up with me after to check if I was better which I appreciated. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Great sports massage, listened to what I needed, and treated problem areas well. Aaron was very professional and friendly. The premises were spotlessly clean, and also easy to find

Love this place! The sports massage here is much more effective than if you go to just any old massage place. I’m currently training for a half marathon and the therapist knows exactly what points to release in the muscles to aid recovering and reduce tension.

I had an awesome sports massage from Aaron. He really listened to what I needed and worked gently on my problem areas. He also gave me some stretching exercises I can do at home with a foam roller. Will definitely come again!
