Professional, effective and very enjoyable. This isn't a spa experience - as the name suggests, it's a specialised physio. Having said that, the environment was very pleasant. I got a really great massage from someone who clearly knows what they are doing. I felt significantly lighter and better on my way home, and got lots of good tips from Ewelina. Have already recommended this to a friend, and hope to be back soon!
