Worst hair experience of my life. My appointment was meant to be 2.5 hours, I was there 5. The final product is awful - the colour is nothing like we agreed upon, patchy, uneven and I have hair loss on my crown!! The photos are diabolical, I have contacted both the salon and Treatwell requesting they urgently get in touch. If I could give 0 stars I would, please avoid this salon if you are looking for hair services.
