I had booked a shellac hands-feet and the guy cut my nails so short that leaving the venue i was in pain. The most outraging part was that he didn’t even care enough to get off my previous nail polish which was black so after the shellac you could just see the black polish around the nails. Finally, the app said the appointment would last 1:45 minutes it lasted 1 hour which completely ruined my schedule of the day. Totally not worth the 65£ spend. Would not recommend to anyone.
