Booked a bikini, lower leg wax and luxury pedi. Arrived 15 mins early and was whisked to the basement, I was happy to wait but was told to go down. It wasn’t a great experience as it was rushed through the waxes, which was uncomfortable and not great. I was taken to the pedi area where the lady disappeared without a word until a new person arrived. The pedicure was excellent, took their time and painted them amazingly. So I recommend the pedi but will not be going there again for waxes.

Very unprofessional, horrible result and very inconsistent. I cannot believe the prices vs skills. If I wasn’t travelling in a few hours I would’ve left and done them somewhere else
