I didn’t like the welcome. No reception and just a man telling me to wash my hands. No welcome. No advice where to wash my hands. Just the man yelling for the beautician to come to me. But the beautician herself was great. She did a wonderful job and got me a glass of water. My nails were in a bad way and she made them look lovely.

It’s the first time I’d visited Keo and I had booked a last minute Luxury Manicure. I’m very pleased with the outcome and will definitely be back.

Nails damaged after shellac removal. Didn’t leave polish remover on long enough and scrapped of shellac. My nails have visible deep scratches now.
