The customer service was sadly very poor. It wasn’t a pleasant experience. No welcoming atmosphere and felt more like an intruder than a customer.
Overpriced and unprofessional! Started treatment 30 min late (no apologies), and forced me to pay more afterwards without prior notice, £100 for a gel mani/pedi is not possible to motivate with this lack of quality and bad service/attitude.

Never coming here again. Polish doesn’t go to the cuticle so already looks grown out. Charge an extra amount to manicure, they’re double the price of anywhere in Chelsea or Fulham, have a fit if you do not pay in cash. Stay away. Won’t ever come back to this salon.

The pedicure was okay..they had plastic bags in the foot sinks which I dislike. no water jets. They left my boyfriend's feet wet at the end and told him it was finished. So he dried his own feet. Little things were off about this place. Thought it'd be relaxing atmosphere but pop music was playing. when he put the acetone on to remove shellac on hands and feet, it dripped down my feet and hands. On the Plus side they were clean and all tools used were sterile and new
