I had an appointment at 1pm but I never had my treatment. Nobody greeted me when I arrived. I had to wait 10mn before someone finally decided to serve me. Then I waited there 25mn (for nothing) - I booked for an eyebrow threading and it took them 25mn to finally tell me that they didn’t have the specialist there today. They were supposed to cancel my appointment and refund me but I am still waiting. I do not recommend this place.
