Even if I booked a timed slot on Treatwell, I was rudely welcomed and they let me wait 25 minutes before allowing me to start my appointment.
The technician was inexperienced and didn't't cut properly a broken nail and she was unable to suggest me the right nail polish color even though I was very specific in my requests.
I choose three different colors from their palette but every time my chosen color was not available. The salon's floor was very dirty.

Manicure was really good. Got a little cut from the nail file but otherwise I thought he did a really good job.
