I contacted Treatwell about the pain I experienced after my pedicure and that the pedicure was not done properly. I would normally leave it but the pain was unbearable. Treatwell, referred me directly to KEO Sloane Avenue. I emailed KEO to express my disappointment. I heard nothing. I then called and was told that my email/complaint would be looked into. That was three weeks ago, I have heard nothing. Needless to say I will not go back to KEO Sloane Avenue, nor will I book via Treatwell again.
I love all of my treatments here (mani/pedi) but unfortunately my lash tint was very disappointing, because of inadequate plasticky under eye protection most of the tint went into my eye and along with quite rough handling of my eye it was a very painful experience which I had to curtail before the tint was complete - please can you use better under eye protection!
