First pedicure I’ve ever had where someone cut my toe. I barely received an apology. The pedicure was average at best - certainly not relaxing and enjoyable. The lady in charge seemed obsessed with customer payments not customer experience. Worst experience I’ve ever had in a nail salon in London. For the prices they charge, would expect a far nicer experience. Would not recommend this salon.
