I booked a upper lip threading as always. Staff were unwelcoming as always and late as always. During my treatment I asked to remove 2 hairs from my chin, as always and the therapist said yes. She offered to remove more and did not mention cost. I leave the store again staff were rude. And then they chased me down the road demanding money. Again very rude. I not be using again. Oh and I have a rash on my face maybe because the therapist didn’t wash her hands as she rushed into work.
