Ambiance wise, it is just like a regular salon - You don't get greeted at the door (everyone is working with a customer), they act 'surprised' that you've just walked in (even though you've made a booking), then they can't find this booking and ask 2/3 other employees about it, before leading you downstairs. The actual treatment was fast & thorough (if a little bit abrupt).
