Just not very good at all, felt like the therapist was doing a rush job because apparently, according to her “15 min isn’t a lot of time”, it certainly isn’t if you treat it that way. I’ve had other 15 minute massages elsewhere that were incredible.
Also, I got oil all over my hair because they didn’t even have a hairband or clip for my hair, and I was made to lie down on a dirty towel - they didn’t even replace the towel.
Last but not least, the therapist proceeded to answer the phone while in the therapy room while I was standing there getting dressed in full view to her. Awkward and inappropriate.
They also don’t do client files, don’t take history, probably to avoid any accountability if they cause injuries... they basically just jump in and hope for the best.
Avoid.

Most painful wax I’ve had, all the wax put on in one go and pulled off with several pulls. Walked out the shop and was chased down and asked to return to the shop where I explained I had pre-paid (also confirmed my name/appointment to same person when I arrived)

Had a gel manicure where the finish of the paint was poor and uneven. In the end nails were filed much shorter than requested due to unevenness. Staff were rude - pulled hand away when I was trying to check the finish - and overcharged for “extras”.
