Most painful wax I’ve had, all the wax put on in one go and pulled off with several pulls. Walked out the shop and was chased down and asked to return to the shop where I explained I had pre-paid (also confirmed my name/appointment to same person when I arrived)

Had a gel manicure where the finish of the paint was poor and uneven. In the end nails were filed much shorter than requested due to unevenness. Staff were rude - pulled hand away when I was trying to check the finish - and overcharged for “extras”.

Good pedicure despite having to wait until 20 minutes after my appointment time. Also had shellac removal plus a no-polish tidy up manicure which was a bit steep £29!
