Manicure poorly executed. Fingers bleeding. No real skill or care and attention. Despite being asked when booking that I required my nails to be buffed, and again on 2 occasions telling the operative the same, the manicure ended abruptly and when I asked about the buffing she said she didn't do buffing and would I like polish instead. I told them I was unsatisfied that the manicure had been done as promised and again the operative said "no buffing" and stared blankly at me. Hopless cust service
