Very late in the appointment and nails are meh. I’m disappointed to pay almost £80 for nails that looks like £35. I also had to wait for 25 minutes due to their bad internal organisation and insisting to take walk ins totally dismissing pre booked

It’s ok. Friendly and professional ish staff. Nails aren’t the best and not necessarily worth the price. I go here more out of convenience than results.

I did not enjoy the process of having my hands manicured unfortunately since I felt like the technician was attacking my hands when doing the actual manicure. There was a lot of gripping and pulling and the result was quite uneven cuticle work, some of which had to be rectified once my actual nails were done.
