Amazing massage and facial with Ume! She always tailors my treatments exactly to what I require and is a lovely and very knowledgable therapist. I cannot rate this lady high enough hence the reason I return on a regular basis.

Ume was nice, but after treatment I got bruises on my face and I got charged 10 pounds extra than the prices that was presented on treatwell without me asking for extra services. Also, I was expecting the place to be very clean, but if I expect a beauty salon to be as clean as a farmacy, am I asking too much? I think the higyene should be the staple of every beauty salon.
