Ume was pleasant and friendly. Although, my massage was painful and uncomfortable throughout. As a beauty therapist myself I have never experienced a massage that has made me feel as unrelaxed and uncomfortable as this. Was not a relaxing massage, sorry. Also my treatment time was late and went on later than it should have.

Linzi is excellent,so friendly makes you feel totally at ease. The removal is with acetone and water rather than those electric file things..personally much prefer this, doesn't ruin my natural nail or hurt. Loving the later appointments can fit it round work now.:)
