My daughter had a deep cleansing facial with Ume. Her skin had a little breakout and she’s been trying different things to help. The facial she got left her skin feeling clean, cleansed and fresh. She has booked another facial in 4weeks time. Ume was very friendly and helpful and she took the time to explain what to do to help her skin. Would definitely recommend Ume. Thank you and see you again soon.

AVOID!Didn’t receive the treatment I was booked in for, therapist cut my finger and laughed. Had no gel in multiple colours I had picked! Was informed my therapist is a TRAINEE who was left unsupervised to carry out treatment on clients? Tried to inform them in writing privately only for me to be BLOCKED! Was told to phone the owner, have phoned 4 times he’s answered once apparently in a meeting, still waiting on my call back that’s been since Friday! Gel polish peeled off next day!! AVOID!
