Been going to kerenza for 5+ yrs, was happy to see them open after covid. I opted for the "LUXURY" pedicure. Bishnu was excellent, very pleasant & did a great job. However, a workman was sawing, banging, stamping up & down the stairs & using an electric drill/screw driver for 45 minutes during my treament, I felt really awkward & tense & felt awful for bishnu trying to work around him as he was right beside us. Ruined the whole 'Luxury' experience. Yet no one apologised or acknowledged it??
Untrained inexperienced staff, using dodgy glue, totally unprofessional service, not familiar with products used or techniques

Arrived on time - 10am - disorganised chaos, no one knew who was doing what! Requested nail formed extensions,technician doesn’t do them. She attempted to do acrylic tips, badly, blamed materials, using thick uneven acrylic powder til I’d to ask her to stop, waiting an hour for someone else to take over, and she spent 2 hours trying to get them off, before attempting to rectify it.
5 hours for nails is unacceptable
