Dirty salon. Strange atmosphere. Went in for a deep tissue with Linzi and ended up with a gentle back rub from Aneela. Asked to use the toilet and was instructed to use the cafe toilet down the street. Finally as my appointment was rearranged I was told when I arrived I had been given a refund and had to pay again. I’m still get to receive the refund so now I’m £60 down and still have a sore back. Won’t be going back!
They cancelled my appointment twice. Not a trustworthy salon. I read similar reviews about this business anyway, so it doesn’t surprise, they’re good at coming up with excuses so that they cancel your appointment.
Had a great experience with Aneela, a very relaxing, professional and thorough massage. My facial included steaming which really helped my skin. Aneela had a lovely manner. The reason for only 4 stars for cleanliness is not really for a lack there but because the paintwork/decor needs a spruce up.
