As far as facial description went it said that it cleans pores and leaves your face brand new etc.. i would change the description as it was misleading and I received more of a face massage rather that cleanse
The massage itself was it good, and the therapist was pleasant . However, the experience was ruined by the use of a damp towel, lack of heating in the room and a very bad smell. I did point out the damp towel to the therapist, and whilst she did apologise, she didn’t offer to get another one. Not a great experience
