I was not kept waiting. I was asked how short l wanted my hair it had not been cut for a long time l was asked how short and had some cut a then asked if l wanted it any shorter, l would recommend other people to ga and very satisfied with the final cut. Bit of a mix up as regard payment as l booked on line and did not have details in the salon of my payment. All sorted after l found proof of payment on my phone
Horrible experience. I booked a wax before going on holiday and had received confirmation. On the day I went to the salon and was told that the beautician wasn't in. I was offered another day but explained repeatedly that I was going on holiday the next day. At first the lady said they didn't have any booking for waxing that day. Then after checking throughly she found my booking. I asked her for a refund which she did arrange quite quickly. Still left me in a crappy position. Please if you book here call and double check that the booking is confirmed.
I had Elena this morning for a long cut wash and blow-dry. I have hair up to the bottom of my back and she did an amazing job and gave me exactly what I asked for. She was also very friendly and polite. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you Elena!
The salon at self could have been tidier and more protective of the COVID 19 pandemic. They should have kept some sort of sanitation of stations constantly, and not letting in people without masks. The treatment was okay. However I believe they should put a focus on the social distancing
If businesses are going to use Treatwell then they need to be aware of it!! No one knew about my appointment and didnt believe I had pre paid. I showed them the online booking and they were still confused.
No idea if the stylist was the one stated as two women stood there deciding who should do it.
