If businesses are going to use Treatwell then they need to be aware of it!! No one knew about my appointment and didnt believe I had pre paid. I showed them the online booking and they were still confused.
No idea if the stylist was the one stated as two women stood there deciding who should do it.

Me and my mum went in together to KESS, it was great! The staff were friendly - despite circumstances and did their best to give us the best experience. We were both super happy with the end results.
There was only one staff menber working. I was fourth in the queue butI had been there before and it was really good so i agreed to wait. This was a mistake. The hairdresser seemed to be doing a little bit of each person's hair then moving between the four of us. I dont know if she thought that would make it quicker but it ended up being a rush job. When myself and another lady went to paid sane style hair same treatment I had to pay £5 more. When i asked why i got a shrug. I wont be going back.
First and last time. Although I was 10 minutes late to my appointment I was still left waiting for 15 minutes. My eyebrows are way too dark, black!!! After discussing wanting them brown. Was left with tint on for too long as the lady left me and went to her next client. Disappointing.
