Booked an appointment online for 11am, only to find out at the venue that there was another person booked at 11 and my name was not even there. Secondly, they were short staffed that day but did not even have to courtesy to explain to me. Had to find out from other customers that they themselves had been waiting for more than 1 hour, despite having an appointment booked in. I ended up leaving the place and went elsewhere to have my hair done.

Awful. They are not hair dressers. Please avoid this place. I went in for curly blow dry came out with worse hair than i went in with. Avoid at all costs.
