Great location. Friendly and professional service. Vicky who did my hair was a thorough professional who knew what she was doing and gave me a look which suited my face and my requirements. Definitely recommend and definitely going back
Blow Dry
Worst customer service I have ever had. Booked online and showed up, was made to wait 25mins until she finished someone else's hair, only to be then told that they do not have my booking! When I got upset that I had been made to wait and my appt was now 25mins late, she had the nerve to get annoyed with me! She then refused to do my hair and stopped talking to me! She said that they don't even have a computer to check appointments, and that my appt wasn't confirmed...did not seem to understand that it's her responsibility to either confirm or cancel an appt if she can't do it. They clearly do not understand treatwell here, and have no idea how to use it efficiently. The salon wasn't even nice - hair all over floor and seemed quite unhygienic and run-down. Terrible salon.
Wax left me with no hair but red pimples all over my leg. I'm happy with how smooth and hairless my legs are but wouldn't return for a body wax due to the area I was waxed in and the level of hygiene involved for the wax.
Ladies' Waxing
Overall treatment was adequate but overpriced. I booked online and phoned up yet I was made to wait for a hairdo ahead of me. I personally, being a student, think I was overcharged for threading excluding eyebrows and sides. I am not sure if I am that keen on returning
