The salon was so hot: I was melting while waiting for my appt. Nobody was exactly friendly when I arrived; no offer of a glass of juice or coffee.. nobody took my jacket. I find it hard to go to a hairdressers; I get very anxious, so was relieved, if I am honest, that Elena didn't make small talk; She was pleasant though. My hair cut and blow dry were ok I guess. My fringe wasn't cut very straight though, and I had to straighten it up myself when I got home.Probably won't go again.

I arrived 10 mins early and sat down to waite my appointment was for 10-15, Elana was in the middle of dyeing a customers roots, at 10.30 she asked someone what l was waiting for.
I was seen at 10.50.
I felt the cut was hurried because another client was waiting for a dye, wash,cut and blow dry.
I have always been satisfied having my hair cut here.
And believe she is trying to help too many clients
This experience has not put me off going back again .
