I arrived 10 mins early and sat down to waite my appointment was for 10-15, Elana was in the middle of dyeing a customers roots, at 10.30 she asked someone what l was waiting for. I was seen at 10.50. I felt the cut was hurried because another client was waiting for a dye, wash,cut and blow dry. I have always been satisfied having my hair cut here. And believe she is trying to help too many clients This experience has not put me off going back again .
