This experience was not bad in whole.
This salon is owned by a woman who sincerely takes pride in her work, and that was really reflective in how she treats her customers and her work. This salon is starting out and this makes things difficult to manage with short staffing and an influx of customers. The wait was because of this and the length of the treatment was a bit unbearable- but it was not because of carelessness it was because of the time she took to ensure that the customer was happy. This was repeatedly the case with every customer around me who she personally saw to to make sure they were fully satisfied.
I however was on a limited time schedule and there were things about the ombre of which I was not 100% satisfied with and wanted the fringe to be a little heavier. If I lived closer I would go back to get things corrected. However the end result was not something I hate. I do wish her the best of luck, in getting established.

Had a haircut and blow dry at Kess for a special occasion yesterday and was really pleased with the result. The staff were very friendly and it was quite good value for money too - will definitely be going back there soon!
I had my eyebrows and eyelashes tinted last week and the end result was amazing! I am so happy with the treatment and it looks so natural. I would definitely recommend Kess to friends. I also had a haircut a few weeks ago and the hairdresser did a great job. The best part is that the prices are so reasonable and the staff are really friendly.
Great and quick service. Would definitely go back & definitely recommend. Also I was seen at my appointment time, wasn't made to wait (unlike some places)

The service I received from KESS has been brilliant. I went in for a cut and blow dry and came out with an amazing new look. I loved the blow dry, I didn't know my hair could be styled that way. The staff were friendly and listened to my needs which resulted in a look I love. I will definitely be visiting KESS again.
