Such a good place to get a quick wash haircut and blow dry. Very happy with the results and it was done in 40 minutes which is great. Elena was great and made sure I was happy with the length she was cutting off and did a great finish with my blowdry

Kess is a good salon.....well staffed with experienced and friendly stylists. I have been going here for a number of years and am never disappointed. My appointments are always taken on time and I get a great cut with fabulous customer service. I also go here because it is very good value and conveniently located beside main bus stops and across from the tube station on the Picadilly line.

They have an online booking option which I used to book appointments for my daughters only to go there and to be told that they don’t accept such bookings. Why did they not disable this on their website? This is so misleading. My children were so upset because they could not have their haircuts on that day. What a horrible place. Horrible staff who was rude instead of being apologetic. I don’t recommend this place at all.
