Kess is a good salon.....well staffed with experienced and friendly stylists. I have been going here for a number of years and am never disappointed. My appointments are always taken on time and I get a great cut with fabulous customer service. I also go here because it is very good value and conveniently located beside main bus stops and across from the tube station on the Picadilly line.

They have an online booking option which I used to book appointments for my daughters only to go there and to be told that they don’t accept such bookings. Why did they not disable this on their website? This is so misleading. My children were so upset because they could not have their haircuts on that day. What a horrible place. Horrible staff who was rude instead of being apologetic. I don’t recommend this place at all.

I had Dasha and she did a fantastic job and I’m definitely not easy to please when it comes to my hair. She styled it in a really nice way rather than just the usual standard poker straight blow dry. Have been looking for a good hairdresser for years so will definitely be returning!
