I have been on a journey to change my very dark hair to gray. The process has taken 12 months and each and every time I have visited this little gem my experiences have been excellent. Cathryn is very knowledgeable about colours and she explained the process and helped me manage my expectations so that the process was not rushed which could have caused damage to my hair. She has advised me of aftercare and products to use to ensure my hair has stayed in good condition.
