I am a chronic nail biter. I’ve been turned away from another salon for brittle nails, skin picking and trauma to the nail bed of one of my thumbs.
When I arrived I had an assessment of each finger done separately with a discussion around my options. My most damaged fingers were given the specialised treatment they needed based on their level of damage. I was given guidance on how to care for my damaged nails and products to use in a non-judgmental way.
I didn’t recognise my hands after my treatment. My fingers have long been at war with my mouth and now they look prettier than I ever thought they could. I use to hate shaking people’s hands because of how short, bitten and red my fingers were but now I can show them off, which is something I never thought I could do.
It takes a technician with knowledge, skill and patience to work with hands like mine. I cannot recommend this salon enough.

As always, an excellent professional service provided by Kalisha. Too much choice of which nail colour/art. I especially like the products used by Kalisha and that she will always use the latest technology or products to provide the best service possible. She understands my needs!
