James was a dream, and he really exceeded my expectations. I am amazed that he was able to understand what I wanted (as I don’t think I did the best job explaining myself there), and the final result is exactly the haircut I needed! 😍 He didn’t take an inch more than was needed, and I look fabulous. He was also very friendly and I felt super comfortable with his way of working despite being my first time there. Thank you James!! 5⭐️
