We are very frustrated at how poor the cuts are and how little the stylist listened to our requests. We had to ask the stylist 3 times to cut shorter for our first son and his hair still doesn’t look like he got a cut. It seemed like the stylist had never done a kids cut before- she didn’t offer a wash/dry and didn’t cut their hair short enough. Please don’t offer a service you can’t do appropriately. £62 for two cuts and a fringe trim that we now need to redo is beyond disappointing.
