Amy gave me a brilliant and intense massage, really pinpointing areas of tightness that I have struggled with. She used a range of different tools & techniques & I left feeling much more open and taller! It’s not a lie back and relax massage, but it’s perfect if you’re struggling from pain or tightness. I will definitely be back.
