Good facial with steama nd extraction. This was a standard facial. What let it down was the ambience. The room had an unpleasant smell to it when I first walked in (might have just been the smell of wax) and there was nothign about this treatment that felt like a "treat". This could all be resolved with a few minor changes: A scented candle, dimmed lighting or a dark room during the mask, a towel as a pillow and one to cover yourself with after the steam whne you feel chilly, and some background music to drown out the very noisy women outside the room and the noise from the salon downstairs. However, i would go back.
