I left the salon with a bleeding finger. The lady that did my nails was rushing and the whole thing was quite painful. I ended up with a cut just above the cuticule. I did not see the tools being sterilised before they were used on the next client.

The lady who did the waxing was nice to chat to but I had a terrible wax experience. Maybe is my fault for not checking that it would be hot wax and not strip wax but anyway she did the vast majority of the Brazilian wax with strip wax which as far as I know is just not what you should use on the very strong hair in those intimate areas. The pain was almost unbearable not only when she did it but for days after it was very uncomfortable and my skin became extremely irritable and itchy. Also it was inredebly painful for me to ride my bike as I couldn't barely sit without excruciating pain. She did a couple of strips with hot wax but overall only used strip wax. Maybe for others it's okay but being used to hot wax this was a painful and unpleasent experience for me. Also I'm not usually fussed about cleanliness if the service is good but honestly the place was super dirty and even the waxing bed and floor had loads of weird stains and dirt. The lady as I said was very friendly and we had good chat but overall I wasn't happy with the experience especially for £30

Gel manicure took almost an hour. Ok if you have the time but as a normal manicure takes around 20-30mins found it a bit stressful. Nails turned out nice except one chipped within the week so now need to go get them all replaced as have an event coming up. Would probably go back if I had an hour to spare on nails
