Staff is really nice and friendly. Unfortunately I came home to realize half of my face was missing the treatment and my eyebrow were not properly thread despite shaped well. I had to finish and reshape all myself. I also had to wait 20min but she kindly made time for an additional service that I had not booked. Overall I'm sure the staff is very capable but don't try to take on too many clients at the cost of your service.
Ladies' Facial Waxing
My gel nail treatment with Kelly was great. She was great at listening to my previous experience at another salon that was fairly appalling and paid real attention to getting my nails just right, finishing with a lovely hand and arm massage. The treatment was very relaxing and Kelly took her time to really carry out the shaping of the nails so they look beautiful and natural. My constructive criticism which isn't really a criticism at all, would be that not all the nail options are listed on Treatwell so I had to pay an extra £15 for my treatment which was fine as it was definitely worth the extra but would've been easier to pay for it all online, however, it is actually cheaper to book over the phone so I would recommend customers do this instead. But that's more of treatwell's problem than the salon to be honest. Excellent salon, will definitely be back for my next treatment.
Gel Nails Manicure
Staff were very rushed to finish my wax due to other customers and they were behind. After I left I found lots of patches of hair still on my legs. Not good.
