The lady who did the wax was absolutely lovely. Such a great employee and made me feel v comfortable. The wax itself was okay - would have preferred a hot wax and not strip as it's a little more thorough. A few strays after which I had to pluck. Although quite sore after having to strip wax the same section a few times as it doesn't get the hair quite so well.
