This is a neighborhood salon and it was very busy when I arrived on the weekend so it got crowded when more customers arrived.
I had a regular mani and pedi and three attendants for the treatment. Going forward, I would suggest more communication with the client about the multiple changes since I didn't got an explanation just the impression that the changes were being made to accommodate all new customers. Also, I think they can do a better job on removing cuticles and making sure to not apply polish over it. Overall, the mani/pedi was average and the polish (even though it was OPI) did not last more than 3 days.
I did get a classic facial after the mani/pedi and that was fabulous. Even though the treatment room was closed to the main room and noise traveled, I was able to relax and get drowsy.

The salon was nice and the staff were friendly.
A tip - don't use Treatwell to book appointments at this salon, as you won't be seen at the time you request, you won't get the stylist you request, and they charge 10 pounds more than their usual prices. Seems a bit strange and I've never had this experience using Treatwell before.

Do not expect to be on time if you have an appointment here. They are consistently late. Some of the staff is good and some are not.
