Waxing was done with strips rather than hard wax. Would have preferred hard wax as I find it less painful. However overall satisfied with experience.

Been there before but this was the first time I had my treatment with Kelly. Lovely service, will definitely be visiting more often!
Eyebrow & Eyelash Tinting
Staff is really nice and friendly. Unfortunately I came home to realize half of my face was missing the treatment and my eyebrow were not properly thread despite shaped well. I had to finish and reshape all myself. I also had to wait 20min but she kindly made time for an additional service that I had not booked. Overall I'm sure the staff is very capable but don't try to take on too many clients at the cost of your service.
