Salon was closed when I got there. Still haven't got any money back!! (Treatwell's fault not the salon)
Hard Gel Extensions & Overlays
Arrived for appointment on time. Was kept waiting for 45 minutes before I was seen. There were screaming children running around and the atmosphere was shocking.
When I was eventually seen, Hannah was nice, but she took forever to do the removal of nails, popping off to have a chat with someone else half way through, and then she rushed the shaping and painting - meaning my nails were very sharp when I left.
The UV drying machine was broken and too hot, when I pointed this out it was shrugged off.
I won't be returning and I'd advise against going.
