Lovely place, extremely friendly environment and i'm still in love with my nails :). I was seen to an hour after my appointment was due, at no fault of theirs. However, it would have been nice to have gotten some form of discount or offer for that appointment or future. I was alright with it, other customers may not be. Despite this, the service overall was good, again lovely people and Kelly is really funny.

Staff were friendly and helped me to choose the right colour for my gel manicure. Overall I'm happy with the service and would consider coming here again.
Gel Nails Manicure
I booked acrylic nails refill that I had them done in another place. The price on treatwell is £18 but I've been charged £35 and I am still not sure why. I agreed to pay £5 more for a powder they said is better quality but they also charged more for using Shellac on top of my nails. Is nowhere mentioned that they have acrylic with shellac or other options and I haven't seen this even in their own price list.
All saloons I used before are putting Shellac on top without any extracharge.
I paid the amount they asked me but I left confused why the cost was so different than they mention on treatwell. I would rather prefer to know before going there.
The nails have been done nicely but I I still have some bubbles on one of them, otherwise the lady really worked very carefull so I am pleased with my nails.
However, because of the confusion created I don't think I will come back as I would never be sure if they charge me correctly or not.

Excellent massage, really needed it!
The downside is that there is no option for card payment and the staff are reluctant to accept regional bank notes.
