I had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time to be seen, and it was the most uncomfortable eyebrow threading experience I've had. I was made to sit in a seat in front of the long line of waiting appointments (no privacy whatsoever), and made to tilt my head back the whole time without support ("try slouching in the seat a bit more, it might help"). When I went home, I saw that a lot of hairs had been missed.

I love coming to Flash salon; the staff are friendly and welcoming and my nails look lovely!
Gel Nails Manicure
had to wait a little longer than usual as one of the girls was ill but Hannah and Kelly are lovely and pay attention to detail. I accidentally had the wrong topcoat applied to one hand and they let me come back and get my colour redone for free. Will deffo make this my local from now on!
