The hot wax was applied and removed in 2 massive pieces. This was painful, not discussed with me and left loads of hairs. After those two pieces were removed, strip wax was used. I said that I didn’t normally use strip wax but was told that they use it for everyone “for tidy up” (even tho there were loads of hairs left at this point) and for the bum (although she did end up using hot wax on my bum on request). Can’t recommend.
