I booked an appointment via treatwell but when I arrived I was kept waiting for 15 minutes while someone who literally walked in a moment before me had her eyebrows, upper lip etc threaded. So what's the point of booking an appointment if you're just treated like a walk-in? I then had my legs waxed - the woman didn't have a clue what she was doing... anf admitted that her colleague (who hadn't yet arrived for work at midday) should be doing the treatment. This was my second chance for this salon as I'd already had a slightly poor experience earlier in the year. Unfortunately never again.
