Lady was on her phone while my nails were drying - very rude, ants around the shop and the lady was just very rude in general.
The lady on the reception was the nicest woman in the shop, she was very lovely and polite.

Really nice staff but running 20 minutes late, which I didn't appreciate. Salon is simple, manicure was good. Good value.
